Be Agressive, Be Be Agressive

I thought about that cheer earlier today while I was in the drive thru line at Chick Fil A. I stopped there earlier for a salad during my lunch break and got stuck but I also learned a lesson. In some aspects of my life I am a chill person and in others I can be very impatience. I get a lot of promptings from the Lord as well as dreams and visions. I’ll write about that another time.

But anyway as I was waiting in the drive thru line I saw, heard, and felt that I should move to the outer lane so that I can get my food faster. I did not move because I thought “It’s okay, I can wait, no big deal…let me be patience” well I should have listened. Because I sat and watched three cars go to the outer lane, order their food, and get to the drive thru window before the car in front of me finished ordering and those cars took their time ordering their food.

By now I’m agitated because that added more time onto my return trip. But then I thought why am I getting upset when I knew that I should have moved but I thought it was no big deal. In that moment that is when that cheer “Be Aggressive, Be Be Aggressive” came to mind. I have been getting so many promptings drop into my spirit recently but not always acting upon them. Many of us ask God (or whomever we may believe in) to direct us but we are being directed. We just have to see and hear the signs.

Now having to wait at a Chick Fil A I know isn’t a big deal but I’m glad that I got to learn and understand that lesson in that situation versus something more dire. Moving forward I have to
stop being so passive about things no matter how significant they may seem or not.

Take the leap, take the lead, and learn the lesson!
